Hi, I’m Tamara,
an energetic Freelance Senior Brand Marketeer & Product / Program Manager,
based in The Hague - I manage
cross functional teams and digital projects.

With over 14 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I’ve been lucky to experience a broad variety of disciplines in the process of creating powerful brands, products and communication projects.

I am familiar with brand strategy and marketing, creative development, research, media production & distribution, digital development, product management, evaluation and optimization. This experience means I understand and care about every stage of a product or project's development.

With my project management DNA, I love to work in a structured way to stay on top of my responsibilities.

I have worked in the creative and dynamic environments of both agencies and clients, and after all these years I have developed a natural habit of analysing organisational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

I have extensive experience in coordinating cross functional teams and overseeing multiple complex projects and targets simultaneously, without losing attention to detail. In a team I can therefore work as the central lead or as marketing, brand or product manager.

Either way I’m at my best when we bring the right people to the table, achieving business objectives by creating meaningful campaigns and product improvements with the perfect multidisciplinary team.
